All artists must pay the non-refundable application fee. You must fill out the form and pay the application fee for each category applied for (limit: two applications per artist). All artist applications must be submitted before 11:59pm on March 31, 2025.

Effective January 1, 2023 a 6% sales tax will be added to all booth fees. Kentucky has made substantial changes to how some services are taxed. This includes many different types of short term rentals, such as events like the Woodland Art Fair. No consumable or living products will be accepted. This includes, but is no limited to; lotions, soaps, oils, candles, food products, plants.
